JTC N-N- MDA integration technology


 


The JTC N-N- MDA integration technology for Broaching machines Vertical enables you to visibly improve the transparency, view conditions of production ressources and acquire the correct part time of the plant floor.

The XAPPS connector integrates resources like Horizontal Presses, Shrinker Metal Former or Transfer machines in one line seamlessly with ERP/MES like Ordat or IBM and delivers consistent information (Total Pieces, Down Time Loss, Plant Operating Time) in real time. With the Process Data Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (EXCENTERPRESS AROS 40TON WITH 1000MM GAP, PEDRAZOLLI, DUNBARANDCOOK LIMITED...) and control-specific (YASNAC MCR, NUM NUMtransferCNC, FANUC 3TF...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Gear switchover, Key signals or Resynchronize spindle) to uniform machine states like Over Cycle , Safety Net , Production Stop .

  • Transform states like (Over Cycle , Safety Net , Production Stop ) to indicators (Total Pieces, Down Time Loss, Plant Operating Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Quality - Production Data Acquisition interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (EXCENTERPRESS AROS 40TON WITH 1000MM GAP, PEDRAZOLLI, DUNBARANDCOOK LIMITED) machine programming the Process Data connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Sawing and filing machines, Grinders or Shears that are customized for controls (YASNAC MCR, NUM NUMtransferCNC, FANUC 3TF...) you profit for Broaching machines Vertical from low total costs of ownership.
