The VARINELLI 6-3 x1000x320 MES-ERP connector for Broaching machines Vertical enables you to capture non-productive time, improveme the quality of data and view machine states of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Capture technology integrates resources like Conveyor feed systems loading and unloading, Conveyor feed systems loading and unloading or Gas cutting machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Baan or Apertum and delivers consistent information (Rework Pieces, Reject Pieces, Total Pieces) in real time. With the Machine Data Extractor you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (KORRADI, EUROCUT, JACK MILL...) and control-specific (MITSUBISHI DWC 200, HELLER Unipro 90, Bachmann M1 200...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (NC start disable, Set gear stage or Dialog boxes) to uniform machine states like DCON Communication Lost, Undefined , Energy Conservation .

  • Transform states like (DCON Communication Lost, Undefined , Energy Conservation ) to indicators (Rework Pieces, Reject Pieces, Total Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ODA Interface module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (KORRADI, EUROCUT, JACK MILL) machine programming the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.
