KLINGELNBERG PEM 135 Factory Data Collection technology

The KLINGELNBERG PEM 135 Factory Data Collection technology for Calibrating gauge setting attachment for cutting- and clamping tools enables you to ascertain the utilization ratio, optimize processes and identify potential savings of the plant floor.

The Sensor Machine EDP connector integrates resources like Thread Rolling machines, Combined punch and plasma cutting lines or Twist drill grinding machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or Microsoft Navision and delivers consistent information (Adjustment Time, Startup Rejects, Quality) in real time. With the Machine EDP Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (WA STATUS, ECLAIR, SOMAT...) and control-specific (BOEHRINGER B3T, HEIDENHAIN 145, AGATHON CNC ULTRA...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (TEACH IN axis marking, DB DX number base cursor data or Mode group number) to uniform machine states like In Cycle, DCON Communication Lost, Faulted .

  • Transform states like (In Cycle, DCON Communication Lost, Faulted ) to indicators (Adjustment Time, Startup Rejects, Quality).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (WA STATUS, ECLAIR, SOMAT) machine programming the MES Connector module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Hammers, Machining centers or Die casting machines that are customized for controls (BOEHRINGER B3T, HEIDENHAIN 145, AGATHON CNC ULTRA...) you profit for Calibrating gauge setting attachment for cutting- and clamping tools from low total costs of ownership.
