The CINCINNATI 3-500 TWIN GRIP Production Data Acquisition connector for Centerless Grinders enables you to imporove transparency, improve operating results and acquire part time of the plant floor.

The ERP connector integrates resources like Press Brakes Mechanical, Drying ovens up to 200 C or Spline Millers seamlessly with ERP/MES like infor or IBS Enterprise and delivers consistent information (Rework Pieces, Breakdowns, Quality) in real time. With the Machine Communication interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (HAU, ROCHART, YSTAD...) and control-specific (ZOLLER 6080, NUM Flexium 6, YASNAC MX 1...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Source data word number, IKA signals DB32 or Skip block in several planes selection) to uniform machine states like Idle , Systems Fault , Non Productive .

  • Transform states like (Idle , Systems Fault , Non Productive ) to indicators (Rework Pieces, Breakdowns, Quality).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Factory Data Capture technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (HAU, ROCHART, YSTAD) machine programming the ODA Interface module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Tool grinding machines, Robots or Bending machines that are customized for controls (ZOLLER 6080, NUM Flexium 6, YASNAC MX 1...) you profit for Centerless Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
