ESTARTA Machine Data Extractor


 


The ESTARTA Machine Data Extractor for Centerless Grinders enables you to improve the process efficiency, view conditions of production ressources and analyze faults and identify potential for improvements of the plant floor.

The XAPPS interface integrates resources like Plasma Cutting machines, Knuckle Joint Presses 2 or 4 columns or Calibrating gauge setting attachment for cutting- and clamping tools seamlessly with ERP/MES like QAD or SAP xApps and delivers consistent information (Reject Pieces, Takt Time, Plant Operating Time) in real time. With the Process Data Acquisition you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SANGIACOMO, SYKES, WMW-HECKERT...) and control-specific (PHILIPS 3353, NUM NUMtransferCNC, Siemens Sinumerik 550 C...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Axis is in the reduction range, Star delta changeover DB31 611D or Travel command) to uniform machine states like Over Cycle , Undefined , Idle .

  • Transform states like (Over Cycle , Undefined , Idle ) to indicators (Reject Pieces, Takt Time, Plant Operating Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ODA Interface module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SANGIACOMO, SYKES, WMW-HECKERT) machine programming the SAP - ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Wire machines, Measuring machines or Measuring machines that are customized for controls (PHILIPS 3353, NUM NUMtransferCNC, Siemens Sinumerik 550 C...) you profit for Centerless Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
