GOZUA TH-60 OPC - ERP interface


 


The GOZUA TH-60 OPC - ERP interface for Centerless Grinders enables you to rise the flexibiliity, optimize your processes and post calculate of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Collection technology integrates resources like Surface roughness measuring equipment, Honing Machines horizontal or Trimming machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Navision or Oracle and delivers consistent information (Plant Operating Time, Adjustment Time, Ideal Cycle Time) in real time. With the Manufacturing Execution System interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (INNSE ZENITH, MAGNAFLUX, HYDRAULIC CHESTER...) and control-specific (FANUC Power Mate H, YASNAC MX 1, MAZAK Multiplex 620...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (H word valid, PLC MD words for basic program or PLC MD words user) to uniform machine states like End of Travel , Maintenance Assist, Faulted .

  • Transform states like (End of Travel , Maintenance Assist, Faulted ) to indicators (Plant Operating Time, Adjustment Time, Ideal Cycle Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Factory Data Collection technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (INNSE ZENITH, MAGNAFLUX, HYDRAULIC CHESTER) machine programming the Machine - MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shaping and slotting machines, Grinders or Measuring machines that are customized for controls (FANUC Power Mate H, YASNAC MX 1, MAZAK Multiplex 620...) you profit for Centerless Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
