LIDKOPING 2C Machine Communication interface


 


The LIDKOPING 2C Machine Communication interface for Centerless Grinders enables you to view machine states, visualize machine data and enhance the productivity of the plant floor.

The MDA - MES connector integrates resources like Polishing Vibrators and Tumbling Drums, Roll and Heavy Duty Cylindrical Grinders or Broaching machines Vertical seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or PSI and delivers consistent information (Quality Loss, Reject Pieces, Takt Time) in real time. With the Production Data Acquisition connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ELGAFORM, NORMAN VAN, HERKELBOUT...) and control-specific (Siemens Sinumerik 6MB, FANUC GN 6, INDEX GE 65...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Static M signals DB 30, Skip block in several planes selected or Fast auxiliary functions) to uniform machine states like Low Material , Tool Change , Non Productive .

  • Transform states like (Low Material , Tool Change , Non Productive ) to indicators (Quality Loss, Reject Pieces, Takt Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - EDP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ELGAFORM, NORMAN VAN, HERKELBOUT) machine programming the ODA Interface module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses mechanical, Bending machines or Surface treatment machines that are customized for controls (Siemens Sinumerik 6MB, FANUC GN 6, INDEX GE 65...) you profit for Centerless Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
