LIDKOPING 2C MES Connector module


 


The LIDKOPING 2C MES Connector module for Centerless Grinders enables you to improveme the quality of data, increase data integrity and finetune of the plant floor.

The Process Data interface integrates resources like Gear Tester Rolling Compos-, Roundness shaft and production measuring equipment or Sheet centres for punching bending and cutting seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBS Enterprise or Ordat and delivers consistent information (Small Stop, Cycle Time, Setup and Adjustments) in real time. With the Factory Data Capture technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ACTON VIBROTA, GILDEMEISTER, WILLEMIN...) and control-specific (YASNAC RX, IBH Macro 80, KONGSBERG SM4 S...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Feedrate disable general and read-in disable, Source channel number or Feedrate disable axial) to uniform machine states like Auto Ready , Undefined , Production Stop .

  • Transform states like (Auto Ready , Undefined , Production Stop ) to indicators (Small Stop, Cycle Time, Setup and Adjustments).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Operational Data Logging interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ACTON VIBROTA, GILDEMEISTER, WILLEMIN) machine programming the MES-ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Erosion machines, Thread and worm machines or Grinding and honing machines that are customized for controls (YASNAC RX, IBH Macro 80, KONGSBERG SM4 S...) you profit for Centerless Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
