MICROREX MES Connector module


 


The MICROREX MES Connector module for Centerless Grinders enables you to find out the time of production when working operator-less, monitor corrective maintenance and observe machines with multiple paletts of the plant floor.

The Industrial Data Acquisition integrates resources like Planer single or double columns, Gear and bevel gear measuring and testing machines or Take-out Robots seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP xApps or abas and delivers consistent information (Quality, Quality Loss, Availability) in real time. With the MDA integration technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (GILLARDON, OKUMA MC-500H, ONA...) and control-specific (GILDEMEISTER EPM (ITY), DECKEL CNC 2301, FANUC 6MB...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Operating modes, TEACH IN axis marking or Source data word number) to uniform machine states like Quality Alert , Blocked (Blocked Down), Blocked (Blocked Down).

  • Transform states like (Quality Alert , Blocked (Blocked Down), Blocked (Blocked Down)) to indicators (Quality, Quality Loss, Availability).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - ERP interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (GILLARDON, OKUMA MC-500H, ONA) machine programming the MES Connector module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Erosion machines, Borers or Machining centers that are customized for controls (GILDEMEISTER EPM (ITY), DECKEL CNC 2301, FANUC 6MB...) you profit for Centerless Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
