The GRAZIOLI FORTUNA 150 Industrial Data Acquisition for Centre lathes enables you to enhance the information flow and transparence, reinforce the corporate strategy and boost flexibility of the plant floor.

The OPC - ERP interface integrates resources like Gear and bevel gear measuring and testing machines, H-Frame Toggle Lever Presses for Cold Flow Solid Forming or Wire straightening and cutting-off machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP or XMII SAP and delivers consistent information (Performance, Reject Pieces, ) in real time. With the Factory Data Collection technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ROTONDIMETRO, POREBA, EMIMEC...) and control-specific (ECS 2101, SMT 220, DECKEL FP4...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Warm restart, Displayed channel number 1 --- 6 or Control of data transfer DB37) to uniform machine states like Maintenance Assist, Degraded, End of Travel .

  • Transform states like (Maintenance Assist, Degraded, End of Travel ) to indicators (Performance, Reject Pieces, ).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ROTONDIMETRO, POREBA, EMIMEC) machine programming the Process Data Acquisition can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Robots, Erosion machines or Sawing and filing machines that are customized for controls (ECS 2101, SMT 220, DECKEL FP4...) you profit for Centre lathes from low total costs of ownership.
