GURUTZPE SUPER A 500 2000 OPC - ERP interface


 


The GURUTZPE SUPER A 500 2000 OPC - ERP interface for Centre lathes enables you to visualize machine data, reinforce the corporate strategy and acquire part time of the plant floor.

The Operational Data Acquisition connector integrates resources like Aqueous Front Loading, Coilers and decoilers or Universal Sheet Metalworker seamlessly with ERP/MES like PSI or Navision and delivers consistent information (Reduced Speed, Ideal Cycle Time, Net Operating Time) in real time. With the MES-ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (PERO, CHIPLESS, CHANTIN...) and control-specific (BR ARNC0, Siemens Sinumerik FMNC, BROTHER CNC 400...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Basic setting, as from last main block without errors or ESR response programmed) to uniform machine states like Blocked (Blocked Down), DCON Communication Lost, Production Stop .

  • Transform states like (Blocked (Blocked Down), DCON Communication Lost, Production Stop ) to indicators (Reduced Speed, Ideal Cycle Time, Net Operating Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (PERO, CHIPLESS, CHANTIN) machine programming the ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Wire machines, Machining centers or Shaping and slotting machines that are customized for controls (BR ARNC0, Siemens Sinumerik FMNC, BROTHER CNC 400...) you profit for Centre lathes from low total costs of ownership.
