MASHSTROY C 11 MT MES Connector module


 


The MASHSTROY C 11 MT MES Connector module for Centre lathes enables you to to consistently monitor processes, ascertain the plant utilization and observe machines with multiple paletts of the plant floor.

The XMII client connector integrates resources like Process Cooling, Single action double sided presses or Bowl Vibrators seamlessly with ERP/MES like MySAP or QAD and delivers consistent information (Planned Shut Down, Rework Pieces, Ideal Cycle Time) in real time. With the MES connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (EATON LEONARD CORP-, ULTRA, UNKNOWN...) and control-specific (AEG III, TRAUB TX8D, Siemens Sinumerik Mate TG...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Deletet error coding, Deceleration reference point approach or T modification) to uniform machine states like Starved (Blocked Up) , Energy Conservation , Degraded.

  • Transform states like (Starved (Blocked Up) , Energy Conservation , Degraded) to indicators (Planned Shut Down, Rework Pieces, Ideal Cycle Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine Data Extractor does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (EATON LEONARD CORP-, ULTRA, UNKNOWN) machine programming the MES-ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Tool grinding machines, Milling machines or Sawing and filing machines that are customized for controls (AEG III, TRAUB TX8D, Siemens Sinumerik Mate TG...) you profit for Centre lathes from low total costs of ownership.
