PADOVANI LABOR-E 255 Operational Data Logging interface


 


The PADOVANI LABOR-E 255 Operational Data Logging interface for Centre lathes enables you to optimize your processes, optimize processes and visibly improve the transparency of the plant floor.

The Manufacturing Execution System interface integrates resources like Regulating Transformers, Gear Planers or Bar feeders and Bar loading magazines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Navision or SAP Business One and delivers consistent information (Net Operating Time, Cycle Time, Speed Loss) in real time. With the Quality - Production Data Acquisition interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (HOLROYD, HARO, DOERRIES...) and control-specific (FANUC 3000 C, ANILAM Crusader M, TRUMPF GNT 28...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Control of data transfer DB37, Coordination error or Programmed speed too high) to uniform machine states like Over Cycle , Energy Conservation , Low Material .

  • Transform states like (Over Cycle , Energy Conservation , Low Material ) to indicators (Net Operating Time, Cycle Time, Speed Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the XAPPS connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (HOLROYD, HARO, DOERRIES) machine programming the MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shears, Hammers or Gear cutting machines that are customized for controls (FANUC 3000 C, ANILAM Crusader M, TRUMPF GNT 28...) you profit for Centre lathes from low total costs of ownership.
