KASTO PKS 130 Machine EDP Connector

The KASTO PKS 130 Machine EDP Connector for Circular Sawing Machines enables you to determine and analyze key figures, monitor multiple machine work and optimize processes of the plant floor.

The Machine - SAP connector integrates resources like Longbed radial drilling machines, Air- and magnetic Drop Hammers or Mechanical driving Swager machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Semiramis or PSI and delivers consistent information (Breakdowns, Planned Production Time, Takt Time) in real time. With the Production Data Acquisition connector you can:

Acquire manufacturer (HMT, APC, FRORIEP RHEYDT...) and control-specific (DIXI NC, ASEA 400, GILDEMEISTER EPM (ITY)...) signals and operator input.

Combine input (Temperature compensation via command, ESR response programmed or M00 M01, programmed stop) to uniform machine states like Blocked (Blocked Down), Undefined , Starved (Blocked Up) .

Transform states like (Blocked (Blocked Down), Undefined , Starved (Blocked Up) ) to indicators (Breakdowns, Planned Production Time, Takt Time).

Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Industrial Data Capture module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (HMT, APC, FRORIEP RHEYDT) machine programming the Process Data Connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Hammers, Gear cutting machines or Hammers that are customized for controls (DIXI NC, ASEA 400, GILDEMEISTER EPM (ITY)...) you profit for Circular Sawing Machines from low total costs of ownership.
