PEDDRAZZOLI Super Brown 300 DV MES interface


 


The PEDDRAZZOLI Super Brown 300 DV MES interface for Circular Sawing Machines enables you to acquire part time, improve the process efficiency and monitor corrective maintenance of the plant floor.

The Process Data interface integrates resources like Internal Grinders, Pneumatic Presses or Sound and Noise Testers seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP or abas and delivers consistent information (Changeover Time, Total Pieces, Takt Time) in real time. With the Sensor Machine EDP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (DELTA, PRO-ECO, NACHI FUJIKOSHI...) and control-specific (FANUC OT, Pophof Automation NEXUS, PHILIPS 3353...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Operating mode group, Gear interpolation signals axis-specific or Operating mode group ready) to uniform machine states like Low Material , Out Of Auto, Safety Net .

  • Transform states like (Low Material , Out Of Auto, Safety Net ) to indicators (Changeover Time, Total Pieces, Takt Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (DELTA, PRO-ECO, NACHI FUJIKOSHI) machine programming the SAP - Machine connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Machining centers, Robots or Grinders that are customized for controls (FANUC OT, Pophof Automation NEXUS, PHILIPS 3353...) you profit for Circular Sawing Machines from low total costs of ownership.
