MAZAK QTN 250 M 500 FUSION Manufacturing Execution System connector


 


The MAZAK QTN 250 M 500 FUSION Manufacturing Execution System connector for CNC-lathes 2-axes enables you to detect weak points, optimize efficiency and effectiveness and analyze multiple machine work of the plant floor.

The Production Data Acquisition connector integrates resources like Bed milling machines moving table, Spark drilling machines Small Hole EDM or Horizontal Bending Presses Bulldozers seamlessly with ERP/MES like XMII SAP or Brain and delivers consistent information (Plant Operating Time, Reject Pieces, Adjustment Time) in real time. With the XMII client connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (KUENDIG, HALL HEAT-HERCULES - ENER, URPE...) and control-specific (BRIDGEPORT CNC 2500, OLIVETTI Contor, ALLEN BRADLEY 7360...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Actual gear stage, Spindle reset or FAF signals DB 32) to uniform machine states like Safety Net , Safety Net , Power Off .

  • Transform states like (Safety Net , Safety Net , Power Off ) to indicators (Plant Operating Time, Reject Pieces, Adjustment Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (KUENDIG, HALL HEAT-HERCULES - ENER, URPE) machine programming the ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Robots, Grinders or Lathes that are customized for controls (BRIDGEPORT CNC 2500, OLIVETTI Contor, ALLEN BRADLEY 7360...) you profit for CNC-lathes 2-axes from low total costs of ownership.
