CMZ TBI 520 B MC MES - Machine integration connector


 


The CMZ TBI 520 B MC MES - Machine integration connector for CNC lathes 3 axes enables you to find out the time of production when working operator-less, detect the average pass-trough time and view conditions of production ressources of the plant floor.

The MDA - MES connector integrates resources like Die casting machines cold chamber, Die-sinking spark erosion machines or Horizontal Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like XMII SAP or Baan and delivers consistent information (Actual Cycle Time, Planned Shut Down, Net Operating Time) in real time. With the Industrial Data Capture module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (JEAN PERROT, JIDET, WINTER...) and control-specific (DECKEL FP2, ULTIMAX CNC, RD Control Technology MTC...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Deceleration reference point approach, Last information or Dynamic function signals) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Faulted , Production Stop .

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Faulted , Production Stop ) to indicators (Actual Cycle Time, Planned Shut Down, Net Operating Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ODA Interface module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (JEAN PERROT, JIDET, WINTER) machine programming the OPC - MES - ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Erosion machines, Presses hydraulic or Tool grinding machines that are customized for controls (DECKEL FP2, ULTIMAX CNC, RD Control Technology MTC...) you profit for CNC lathes 3 axes from low total costs of ownership.
