GOODWAY GS 260-LM Machine - EDP connector


 


The GOODWAY GS 260-LM Machine - EDP connector for CNC lathes 3 axes enables you to optimize your processes, capture non-productive time and acquire part time of the plant floor.

The ERP connector integrates resources like Cooling Equipment, Wire netting and weaving machines or H-Frame Toggle Lever Presses for Cold Flow Solid Forming seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Dynamics NAV or PSI and delivers consistent information (Rework Pieces, Reject Pieces, Reduced Speed) in real time. With the OPC - ERP interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (REIS - TRY OUT, KAFO, CISMA...) and control-specific (BRIDGEPORT EZ-P, AGIE 100, CHARMILLES Robofil 310...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Cursor DB 40, Control of data transfer DB37 or M01 active) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Degraded, Safety Net .

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Degraded, Safety Net ) to indicators (Rework Pieces, Reject Pieces, Reduced Speed).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data connector module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (REIS - TRY OUT, KAFO, CISMA) machine programming the MDA integration technology can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Sheet Metalforming machines, Borers or Presses mechanical that are customized for controls (BRIDGEPORT EZ-P, AGIE 100, CHARMILLES Robofil 310...) you profit for CNC lathes 3 axes from low total costs of ownership.
