MAZAK QT 10 Machine - EDP connector


 


The MAZAK QT 10 Machine - EDP connector for CNC lathes 3 axes enables you to detect weak points, observe machines with multiple paletts and view conditions of production ressources of the plant floor.

The MES - Machine integration connector integrates resources like H-frame Presses, Sheet metal gang slitting line or Jig Borers vertical coordinate and fine boring machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Navision or Navision and delivers consistent information (Nameplate Capacity, Takt Time, Speed Loss) in real time. With the SAP - Machine connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (LOCATELLI, JMG, SELECT...) and control-specific (Siemens SINUMERIK 802D sl plus, BOSCH PC(PG), TRAUB TX8F...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Thread cutting; G33, G63, Probe selected or Mode group number) to uniform machine states like Safety Net , Systems Fault , Faulted .

  • Transform states like (Safety Net , Systems Fault , Faulted ) to indicators (Nameplate Capacity, Takt Time, Speed Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the XAPPS connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (LOCATELLI, JMG, SELECT) machine programming the MES Connector module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Hammers, Bending machines or Sawing and filing machines that are customized for controls (Siemens SINUMERIK 802D sl plus, BOSCH PC(PG), TRAUB TX8F...) you profit for CNC lathes 3 axes from low total costs of ownership.
