MAZAK SQT 200 MY Industrial Data Capture module


 


The MAZAK SQT 200 MY Industrial Data Capture module for CNC lathes 4 or more axes enables you to finetune, create order related reports and achieve a higher failure safety of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Collection technology integrates resources like Gear Shaving Machines, Tension and pressure testing gauge or Centre hole and valve Grinders seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP xApps or IBM and delivers consistent information (Quality Loss, Actual Cycle Time, Cycle Time) in real time. With the XMII client connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (PRIMA, JINN-FA, MANUAL...) and control-specific (Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX standard, HITACHI M6060, TRAUB TNS 65D...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (LEDs user, Single block or F word) to uniform machine states like Blocked (Blocked Down), Low Material , Specific Alarm.

  • Transform states like (Blocked (Blocked Down), Low Material , Specific Alarm) to indicators (Quality Loss, Actual Cycle Time, Cycle Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (PRIMA, JINN-FA, MANUAL) machine programming the OPC - ERP interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Gear cutting machines, Lathes or Thread and worm machines that are customized for controls (Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX standard, HITACHI M6060, TRAUB TNS 65D...) you profit for CNC lathes 4 or more axes from low total costs of ownership.
