MORI SEIKI ZL 200 SMC OPC - MES - ERP connector


 


The MORI SEIKI ZL 200 SMC OPC - MES - ERP connector for CNC lathes 4 or more axes enables you to monitor multiple machine work, view machine states and optimize your processes of the plant floor.

The Process Data Connector integrates resources like Gantry Type Machining Centres, Horizontal Presses or Punch Copying machines Mechanical seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBS Enterprise or ProALPHA and delivers consistent information (Planned Shut Down, Good Pieces, Breakdowns) in real time. With the MES connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SIMA ROSSI, OLIVETTI, AI...) and control-specific (Bendix System 5, Jetter JetControl 647-MC, ESAB IRB 2000...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Operating mode group ready, Warm restart ended or Block search) to uniform machine states like Safety Net , Quality Alert , Safety Net .

  • Transform states like (Safety Net , Quality Alert , Safety Net ) to indicators (Planned Shut Down, Good Pieces, Breakdowns).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MES - Machine integration connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SIMA ROSSI, OLIVETTI, AI) machine programming the Process Data interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Measuring machines, Tool grinding machines or Die casting machines that are customized for controls (Bendix System 5, Jetter JetControl 647-MC, ESAB IRB 2000...) you profit for CNC lathes 4 or more axes from low total costs of ownership.
