The NAKAMURA TW20MMYY SAP - ERP connector for CNC lathes 4 or more axes enables you to optimize processes, enhance the plant floor specific key figures and view machine states of the plant floor.

The Sensor Machine EDP connector integrates resources like Portal gantry drilling machines, Lapping machines or High Speed Machining Centers HSC seamlessly with ERP/MES like abas or IBS Enterprise and delivers consistent information (Quality, Net Operating Time, Reduced Speed) in real time. With the Industrial Data Acquisition you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (EUREKAMATIC CNC, C-C-, DETOMBAY...) and control-specific (MAX computer KOSY-Control, MESSER Griesheim KS, EMCO-TURN...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (PLC emergency stop message, Mirroring or Reference point reached) to uniform machine states like Out Of Auto, Auto Ready , End of Travel .

  • Transform states like (Out Of Auto, Auto Ready , End of Travel ) to indicators (Quality, Net Operating Time, Reduced Speed).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine EDP Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (EUREKAMATIC CNC, C-C-, DETOMBAY) machine programming the Process Data Connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Machining centers, Gear cutting machines or Sawing and filing machines that are customized for controls (MAX computer KOSY-Control, MESSER Griesheim KS, EMCO-TURN...) you profit for CNC lathes 4 or more axes from low total costs of ownership.
