The SCHUBERT WM 19 12 153 Process Data connector module for Coiler straightening machines enables you to create interfaces to superordinated systems, visibly improve the transparency and create interfaces to superordinated systems of the plant floor.

The MES - Machine integration connector integrates resources like Cold- and hot forging rolls, Wiring and spring coiling machines or Planer single or double columns seamlessly with ERP/MES like ProALPHA or SAP xApps and delivers consistent information (Good Pieces, Setup and Adjustments, Good Pieces) in real time. With the Machine EDP Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (GRISETTI, EDWARDS BESCO TRUEFOLD, PILOUS...) and control-specific (ZOLLER 6080, SMT CC4200, ACRAMATIC 850 SX...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Displayed channel number 1 --- 6, ESR response programmed or Actual gear stage) to uniform machine states like Communication Fault, Maintenance Assist, Idle .

  • Transform states like (Communication Fault, Maintenance Assist, Idle ) to indicators (Good Pieces, Setup and Adjustments, Good Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine Data Logger interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (GRISETTI, EDWARDS BESCO TRUEFOLD, PILOUS) machine programming the Process Data Acquisition can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Tool grinding machines, Hammers or Shears that are customized for controls (ZOLLER 6080, SMT CC4200, ACRAMATIC 850 SX...) you profit for Coiler straightening machines from low total costs of ownership.
