UNGERER 1800-1 7-17 MDA integration technology


 


The UNGERER 1800-1 7-17 MDA integration technology for Coiler straightening machines enables you to monitor multiple machine work, find out the time of production when working operator-less and create order related reports of the plant floor.

The Process Data Acquisition integrates resources like Guillotine Shears Mechanical, Bench and Column type drilling machines or Folding Machines Mechanical seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP xApps or SAP R/3 and delivers consistent information (Actual Run Rate, Setup and Adjustments, Process) in real time. With the MDA connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (HERKULESE, CARL HURTH, MIDACO...) and control-specific (SHW Sinumerik 3, andron andronic 2060S, TOSNUC 5...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (CPU failure, Control of data transfer DB37 or Computer link 1, 2) to uniform machine states like Safety Net , Tool Change , Maintenance Assist.

  • Transform states like (Safety Net , Tool Change , Maintenance Assist) to indicators (Actual Run Rate, Setup and Adjustments, Process).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (HERKULESE, CARL HURTH, MIDACO) machine programming the Quality - Production Data Acquisition interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Thread and worm machines, Machining centers or Presses mechanical that are customized for controls (SHW Sinumerik 3, andron andronic 2060S, TOSNUC 5...) you profit for Coiler straightening machines from low total costs of ownership.
