SOPREM DIMECO 2380 GM Industrial Data Capture module


 


The SOPREM DIMECO 2380 GM Industrial Data Capture module for Coilers and decoilers enables you to post calculate, acquire part time and improveme the quality of data of the plant floor.

The MES Connector module integrates resources like Sawblade grinding machines, H-frame Drawing Presses or H-frame Drawing Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP Business One or MySAP and delivers consistent information (Actual Cycle Time, Adjustment Time, ) in real time. With the MES interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (RHODES WAKEFIELD LTD, INTOS, UTITA...) and control-specific (PHILIPS 6652, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 21i Model B, Siemens Sinumerik 805...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (ESR monitoring active, S word or T word valid) to uniform machine states like Energy Conservation , Starved (Blocked Up) , Quality Alert .

  • Transform states like (Energy Conservation , Starved (Blocked Up) , Quality Alert ) to indicators (Actual Cycle Time, Adjustment Time, ).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (RHODES WAKEFIELD LTD, INTOS, UTITA) machine programming the Process Data Connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Gear cutting machines, Bending machines or Erosion machines that are customized for controls (PHILIPS 6652, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 21i Model B, Siemens Sinumerik 805...) you profit for Coilers and decoilers from low total costs of ownership.
