The BVH upstroke MES connector for Column Single Action Presses enables you to determine the costs per part, log operator-less machine times and improve the actuality of information of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Collection technology integrates resources like Riveting machines, Fine Blanking Presses or Wire crimping machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP or ProALPHA and delivers consistent information (Actual Cycle Time, Quality Loss, Nameplate Capacity) in real time. With the MES-ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BRUDERER, SAMPUTENSILI, BERCO...) and control-specific (GE MC 2000, BOEHRINGER B3T, MITSUBISHI Meldas W7C...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (ESR response enabled, Block number or Store traversed axes) to uniform machine states like Systems Fault , Faulted , Tool Change .

  • Transform states like (Systems Fault , Faulted , Tool Change ) to indicators (Actual Cycle Time, Quality Loss, Nameplate Capacity).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ODA Interface module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BRUDERER, SAMPUTENSILI, BERCO) machine programming the Factory Data Capture technology can be implemented rapidly.
