The Process Data Connector integrates resources like Laser interferometry, Gear Grinders or Drying ovens 200-400 C seamlessly with ERP/MES like QAD or SAP and delivers consistent information (Quality Loss, Production Rejects, Quality) in real time. With the Machine - SAP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (A, RHOMALP, PV...) and control-specific (BOSCH 3, Eckelmann PNC55, CINCINNATI Acramatic 750 / 850...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (M00 M01, programmed stop, Data transfer assigned or IKA via command channel DB41) to uniform machine states like DCON Communication Lost, Out Of Auto, In Cycle.

  • Transform states like (DCON Communication Lost, Out Of Auto, In Cycle) to indicators (Quality Loss, Production Rejects, Quality).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (A, RHOMALP, PV) machine programming the SAP - Machine connector can be implemented rapidly.
