DAKE 27-459 Factory Data Collection technology


 


The DAKE 27-459 Factory Data Collection technology for Column Single Action Presses enables you to analyze faults and identify potential for improvements, reinforce the corporate strategy and analyze product costing of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Capture technology integrates resources like Broaching machines Vertical, Bevel Gear Generators Straight or Blasting and Extraction seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAGE or SAP xApps and delivers consistent information (Planned Production Time, Speed Loss, Rework Pieces) in real time. With the Machine - EDP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (CSEPEL, UNKNOWN, EGITAL...) and control-specific (andron andronic 2060L, Siemens SINUMERIK 840Di, FANUC 3000 C...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Skip block selected, Warm restart or Parking spindle) to uniform machine states like Undefined , Energy Conservation , Tool Change .

  • Transform states like (Undefined , Energy Conservation , Tool Change ) to indicators (Planned Production Time, Speed Loss, Rework Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine Communication interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (CSEPEL, UNKNOWN, EGITAL) machine programming the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Milling machines, Erosion machines or Grinders that are customized for controls (andron andronic 2060L, Siemens SINUMERIK 840Di, FANUC 3000 C...) you profit for Column Single Action Presses from low total costs of ownership.
