VERSON downstroke MDA connector


 


The VERSON downstroke MDA connector for Column Single Action Presses enables you to create interfaces to superordinated systems, improve the process efficiency and acquire the correct part time of the plant floor.

The ERP connector integrates resources like Die casting machines cold chamber, Tube Bending machines or CNC lathes 3 axes seamlessly with ERP/MES like ProALPHA or infor and delivers consistent information (Speed Loss, Reject Pieces, Performance) in real time. With the Industrial Data Capture module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (RMG, MIDACO, CANAVESE...) and control-specific (TOSNUC 5, Siemens Sinumerik 3T, TRAUB TX8...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (LEDs user, DW number base cursor data or Display in message line page) to uniform machine states like Auto Ready , Low Material , Auto Ready .

  • Transform states like (Auto Ready , Low Material , Auto Ready ) to indicators (Speed Loss, Reject Pieces, Performance).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ODA Interface module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (RMG, MIDACO, CANAVESE) machine programming the ODA Interface module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Die casting machines, Sawing and filing machines or Drilling machines that are customized for controls (TOSNUC 5, Siemens Sinumerik 3T, TRAUB TX8...) you profit for Column Single Action Presses from low total costs of ownership.
