BODE 200 T XAPPS connector


 


The BODE 200 T XAPPS connector for Conventional Rotators enables you to improve operating results, optimize your processes and capture process information of the plant floor.

The MES Connector module integrates resources like Corner Notchers Mechanical, Multispindle bar automatics or Spline Rollers seamlessly with ERP/MES like Navision or PSI and delivers consistent information (Planned Production Time, Actual Run Rate, Rework Pieces) in real time. With the Machine - MES interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SCHUTT, BILLETER, OCM...) and control-specific (Mitsubishi Electric iQ Integrated Controller Plattform, GILDEMEISTER EPM (UNI), SMT 500...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Display in message line operational messages, Reset or 2nd softwear limit switch) to uniform machine states like Out Of Auto, In Cycle, Out Of Auto.

  • Transform states like (Out Of Auto, In Cycle, Out Of Auto) to indicators (Planned Production Time, Actual Run Rate, Rework Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Industrial Data Capture module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SCHUTT, BILLETER, OCM) machine programming the Machine - MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Lathes, Measuring machines or Milling machines that are customized for controls (Mitsubishi Electric iQ Integrated Controller Plattform, GILDEMEISTER EPM (UNI), SMT 500...) you profit for Conventional Rotators from low total costs of ownership.
