The COMACA - INDUMASCH 220 3mm Factory Data Capture technology for Corner Notcher Hydraulic enables you to log operator-less machine times, analyze multiple machine work and rise the flexibiliity of the plant floor.

The Process Data connector module integrates resources like Chillers, Mechanical Polishing Machinery or Thread and Worm Grinders seamlessly with ERP/MES like XMII SAP or Microsoft Navision and delivers consistent information (Ideal Cycle Time, Planned Production Time, Changeover Time) in real time. With the MES-ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BENELLI, KOMATSU, KREISSCHERE KUNZ...) and control-specific (BRIDGEPORT EZ-P, FANUC Power Mate D, MAHO 415...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (FAF signals DB 32, Static signals user or Dynamic SW limit switch monitoring passive) to uniform machine states like Out Of Auto, Blocked (Blocked Down), Maintenance Assist.

  • Transform states like (Out Of Auto, Blocked (Blocked Down), Maintenance Assist) to indicators (Ideal Cycle Time, Planned Production Time, Changeover Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - EDP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BENELLI, KOMATSU, KREISSCHERE KUNZ) machine programming the Manufacturing Execution System interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shears, Bending machines or Hammers that are customized for controls (BRIDGEPORT EZ-P, FANUC Power Mate D, MAHO 415...) you profit for Corner Notcher Hydraulic from low total costs of ownership.
