UWM Handbediend SCADA - OPC - ERP connector


 


The UWM Handbediend SCADA - OPC - ERP connector for Corner Notchers Mechanical enables you to improve the information flow, recognize scheduled maintenances and increase transparency of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Collection technology integrates resources like Rack Millers, Water Treatment and Filtration Plant or Aqueous Dunk Wash seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP xApps or Navision and delivers consistent information (Planned Shut Down, Breakdowns, Net Operating Time) in real time. With the Machine - EDP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SURFACE TABLES, LOMBARDO, GRIMSTON...) and control-specific (FANUC OT, FANUC GN 6, FANUC 3T...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (NC stop, Installation menu or Warm restart ended) to uniform machine states like Safety Net , Auto Ready , Tool Change .

  • Transform states like (Safety Net , Auto Ready , Tool Change ) to indicators (Planned Shut Down, Breakdowns, Net Operating Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine Data Extractor does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SURFACE TABLES, LOMBARDO, GRIMSTON) machine programming the MDA integration technology can be implemented rapidly.
