LANDIS 3L CBN Factory Data Capture technology


 


The LANDIS 3L CBN Factory Data Capture technology for Crankshaft and camshaft Grinders enables you to increase transparency, reduce the process time and optimize your processes of the plant floor.

The Process Data connector module integrates resources like Gear and bevel gear measuring and testing machines, Gear Tester Rolling Compos- or Gear Planers seamlessly with ERP/MES like QAD or Semiramis and delivers consistent information (Small Stop, Performance, Total Pieces) in real time. With the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (GOODWAY MACHINE CORP-, CLEARING, COMESSA...) and control-specific (BOSCH Alpha 2, PHILIPS 3353, FANUC 7 M / T...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Parking spindle, Extended overstore active or Program end, abort; M02, M30) to uniform machine states like Auto Ready , Safety Net , Starved (Blocked Up) .

  • Transform states like (Auto Ready , Safety Net , Starved (Blocked Up) ) to indicators (Small Stop, Performance, Total Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (GOODWAY MACHINE CORP-, CLEARING, COMESSA) machine programming the Manufacturing Execution System interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Die casting machines, Drilling machines or Presses hydraulic that are customized for controls (BOSCH Alpha 2, PHILIPS 3353, FANUC 7 M / T...) you profit for Crankshaft and camshaft Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
