ZOCCA RAG 2100 6 MES-ERP connector


 


The ZOCCA RAG 2100 6 MES-ERP connector for Crankshaft and camshaft Grinders enables you to determine and analyze key figures, achieve a higher failure safety and ascertain the utilization ratio of the plant floor.

The Machine Communication interface integrates resources like Profile Grinders, Process Cooling or Centre lathes seamlessly with ERP/MES like infor or IBM and delivers consistent information (Down Time Loss, Ideal Run Rate, Planned Production Time) in real time. With the Machine EDP Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ST, PEIRCE ALL, TENNJEAGER...) and control-specific (Power Automation PA 8000 L2, HURCO Ultimax HURCO BMC4O, AGIE 200...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Softkey function number DB40, channel DB41 or Start signal from user DB 40) to uniform machine states like Non Productive , Systems Fault , Starved (Blocked Up) .

  • Transform states like (Non Productive , Systems Fault , Starved (Blocked Up) ) to indicators (Down Time Loss, Ideal Run Rate, Planned Production Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the XMII client connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ST, PEIRCE ALL, TENNJEAGER) machine programming the ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Wire machines, Wire machines or Shaping and slotting machines that are customized for controls (Power Automation PA 8000 L2, HURCO Ultimax HURCO BMC4O, AGIE 200...) you profit for Crankshaft and camshaft Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
