The CETOS BUA 25 A 1250 Industrial Data Acquisition for Cylindrical Grinders enables you to analyze faults and identify potential for improvements, determine the costs per part and analyze multiple machine work of the plant floor.

The XMII client connector integrates resources like Double grinding wheel machine, Copying Lathes or Centre hole and valve Grinders seamlessly with ERP/MES like Semiramis or QAD and delivers consistent information (Adjustment Time, Total Pieces, Total Pieces) in real time. With the Factory Data Collection technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (LOMBARDO, CORPET LOUVET, KALTENBACH AND VERNET...) and control-specific (IBH Macro 80, TRAUB TND 400, MESSMA Kelch PC...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (T word, Set gear stage or ETC) to uniform machine states like Starved (Blocked Up) , Undefined , Quality Alert .

  • Transform states like (Starved (Blocked Up) , Undefined , Quality Alert ) to indicators (Adjustment Time, Total Pieces, Total Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine Data Extractor does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (LOMBARDO, CORPET LOUVET, KALTENBACH AND VERNET) machine programming the Process Data interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shaping and slotting machines, Presses hydraulic or Grinding and honing machines that are customized for controls (IBH Macro 80, TRAUB TND 400, MESSMA Kelch PC...) you profit for Cylindrical Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
