CLICHY Machine - ERP interface


 


The CLICHY Machine - ERP interface for Cylindrical Grinders enables you to log operator-less machine times, identify potential savings and monitor order related machine times of the plant floor.

The Production Data Acquisition connector integrates resources like Vertical Gear Hobbers, Tap grinding machines or Rapid radial drilling machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Oracle or Semiramis and delivers consistent information (Adjustment Time, Run Rate, Quality Loss) in real time. With the Process Data connector module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (URSVIKEN, VARINELLI, ARES...) and control-specific (HEIDENHAIN MANUALplus 4110, Sieb und Meyer CNC 48.00 compact, TOSNUC 600...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (NC start disable, Static key signals or Channel number spindle) to uniform machine states like Undefined , Starved (Blocked Up) , Maintenance Assist.

  • Transform states like (Undefined , Starved (Blocked Up) , Maintenance Assist) to indicators (Adjustment Time, Run Rate, Quality Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (URSVIKEN, VARINELLI, ARES) machine programming the OPC - ERP interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Drilling machines, Sawing and filing machines or Sawing and filing machines that are customized for controls (HEIDENHAIN MANUALplus 4110, Sieb und Meyer CNC 48.00 compact, TOSNUC 600...) you profit for Cylindrical Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
