KELLENBERGER UR XAPPS connector


 


The KELLENBERGER UR XAPPS connector for Cylindrical Grinders enables you to visibly improve the transparency, enhance the information flow and transparence and monitor order related machine times of the plant floor.

The Machine - SAP connector integrates resources like Jig Borers vertical coordinate and fine boring machines, Turret Punch machines or Milling cutter grinding machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like XMII SAP or SAP xApps and delivers consistent information (Ideal Cycle Time, Startup Rejects, Ideal Run Rate) in real time. With the SAP - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (KOMATSU, J-VIDAL, WMW BLEMA GOTHA...) and control-specific (GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 21i Model B, EMCOTRONIC T1, MITSUBISHI 350M...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (PLC MD bits for basic program, IKA via command channel DB41 or Softkey number change) to uniform machine states like Quality Alert , Starved (Blocked Up) , Quality Alert .

  • Transform states like (Quality Alert , Starved (Blocked Up) , Quality Alert ) to indicators (Ideal Cycle Time, Startup Rejects, Ideal Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - ERP interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (KOMATSU, J-VIDAL, WMW BLEMA GOTHA) machine programming the SAP - ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.
