The SCHAUDT A 801 N 3000 Machine - EDP connector for Cylindrical Grinders enables you to monitor multiple machine work, rise the flexibiliity and boost flexibility of the plant floor.

The SCADA - MES connector technology integrates resources like Accessories Parts Tooling, Drying ovens up to 200 C or Levelling Rolls and De-Coiling Stand seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Semiramis and delivers consistent information (Ideal Cycle Time, Net Operating Time, Startup Rejects) in real time. With the Process Data connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (LITTEL, SEDGWICK, TOVAGLIERI EN CO...) and control-specific (KONGSBERG NC 300, GE 1050 HL o.X, ZOLLER 6051 electronic...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Start signal from user DB 40, Cursor data or Help key) to uniform machine states like Auto Ready , Safety Net , Power Off .

  • Transform states like (Auto Ready , Safety Net , Power Off ) to indicators (Ideal Cycle Time, Net Operating Time, Startup Rejects).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Industrial Data Capture module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (LITTEL, SEDGWICK, TOVAGLIERI EN CO) machine programming the Machine EDP Connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Machining centers, Tool grinding machines or Wire machines that are customized for controls (KONGSBERG NC 300, GE 1050 HL o.X, ZOLLER 6051 electronic...) you profit for Cylindrical Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
