SCHAUDT T 3 UI Machine - ERP interface


 


The SCHAUDT T 3 UI Machine - ERP interface for Cylindrical Grinders enables you to capture non-productive time, improveme the quality of data and enhance the productivity of the plant floor.

The Process Data connector module integrates resources like Horizontal Borers Table type, Perforating Presses or Gear Tester Rolling Compos- seamlessly with ERP/MES like Proalpha or Microsoft Dynamics NAV and delivers consistent information (Ideal Cycle Time, Breakdowns, Planned Shut Down) in real time. With the MDA - MES connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (MISSLER, VERNIER, REINECKER...) and control-specific (CHARMILLES Robofil 310, SM motion control sm340, BRIDGEPORT EZ-T...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Dynamic key signals, M word 1 2 3 or Start signal from user DB 40) to uniform machine states like Quality Alert , Quality Alert , Out Of Auto.

  • Transform states like (Quality Alert , Quality Alert , Out Of Auto) to indicators (Ideal Cycle Time, Breakdowns, Planned Shut Down).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (MISSLER, VERNIER, REINECKER) machine programming the MDA integration technology can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses mechanical, Surface treatment machines or Drilling machines that are customized for controls (CHARMILLES Robofil 310, SM motion control sm340, BRIDGEPORT EZ-T...) you profit for Cylindrical Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
