TOS BHU 50 2000 SAP - ERP connector


 


The TOS BHU 50 2000 SAP - ERP connector for Cylindrical Grinders enables you to capture non-productive time, visibly improve the transparency and view machine states of the plant floor.

The Operational Data Logging interface integrates resources like Open gap eccentric presses, Regulating Transformers or Machining Centers Vertical seamlessly with ERP/MES like ProALPHA or Ordat and delivers consistent information (, Operating time, Down Time Loss) in real time. With the MDA - MES connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (EUMUCO, BALCONI - 200T, CORTINI...) and control-specific (KONGSBERG 2000, BRIDGEPORT Boss 4, BR ARNC0...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Data group base cursor data, NC in emergency stop state or Special recall) to uniform machine states like Energy Conservation , Auto Ready , Over Cycle .

  • Transform states like (Energy Conservation , Auto Ready , Over Cycle ) to indicators (, Operating time, Down Time Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (EUMUCO, BALCONI - 200T, CORTINI) machine programming the MDA integration technology can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses hydraulic, Grinding and honing machines or Wire machines that are customized for controls (KONGSBERG 2000, BRIDGEPORT Boss 4, BR ARNC0...) you profit for Cylindrical Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
