TOS BUC 630 4000 MES - Machine integration connector


 


The TOS BUC 630 4000 MES - Machine integration connector for Cylindrical Grinders enables you to ascertain the utilization ratio, observe machines with multiple paletts and to consistently monitor processes of the plant floor.

The SAP - Machine connector integrates resources like Pneumatic Presses, Lapping machines or Jig Borers vertical coordinate and fine boring machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Semiramis or PSI and delivers consistent information (Net Operating Time, Availability, Operating time) in real time. With the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ABENE, BATTENFELD, WMW BLEMA GOTHA...) and control-specific (BOSCH 880, YASNAC ERC, DE VILIEG Automation Intell. P...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (DMP configuring, Axis is in the reduction range or DRF) to uniform machine states like Degraded, Idle , Systems Fault .

  • Transform states like (Degraded, Idle , Systems Fault ) to indicators (Net Operating Time, Availability, Operating time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Industrial Data Acquisition does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ABENE, BATTENFELD, WMW BLEMA GOTHA) machine programming the Sensor Machine EDP connector can be implemented rapidly.
