The DANNEMANN SL 12 3 OPC - ERP interface for Deburring machines enables you to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, ascertain the utilization ratio and improveme the quality of data of the plant floor.

The Machine EDP Connector integrates resources like Gear Tester Rolling Compos-, Corner Notcher Hydraulic or Water jet cutting systems seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP xApps or infor and delivers consistent information (Performance, Total Pieces, Down Time Loss) in real time. With the Machine Data Extractor you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ROUSELLE, SILOMA, GECHTER...) and control-specific (Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX compact, Siemens SINUMERIK 802C base line, Siemens Sinumerik Sprint T...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Mode group number, C axis active or Spindle position reached) to uniform machine states like Starved (Blocked Up) , Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready .

  • Transform states like (Starved (Blocked Up) , Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready ) to indicators (Performance, Total Pieces, Down Time Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Production Data Acquisition connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ROUSELLE, SILOMA, GECHTER) machine programming the Manufacturing Execution System interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Wire machines, Surface treatment machines or Borers that are customized for controls (Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX compact, Siemens SINUMERIK 802C base line, Siemens Sinumerik Sprint T...) you profit for Deburring machines from low total costs of ownership.
