The RYAZAN PT 60411 MDA integration technology for Deep Hole drilling machines Horizontal enables you to capture process information, analyze multiple machine work and find out the time of production when working operator-less of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Capture technology integrates resources like Honing machines vertical, Surface Grinders with vertical spindle or Band Sawing Machines Horizontal seamlessly with ERP/MES like abas or IBM and delivers consistent information (Availability, Production Rejects, Performance) in real time. With the Process Data interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (RECOMATIC, CANULLO C-M- C-M-, ACROLOC...) and control-specific (BENDIX Bendix 5A, MANDELLI Plasma, FANUC 3000 C...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (PLC MD bits user, CPU failure or channel DB41) to uniform machine states like Auto Ready , Faulted , Power Off .

  • Transform states like (Auto Ready , Faulted , Power Off ) to indicators (Availability, Production Rejects, Performance).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Sensor Machine EDP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (RECOMATIC, CANULLO C-M- C-M-, ACROLOC) machine programming the Sensor Machine EDP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Sawing and filing machines, Gear cutting machines or Bending machines that are customized for controls (BENDIX Bendix 5A, MANDELLI Plasma, FANUC 3000 C...) you profit for Deep Hole drilling machines Horizontal from low total costs of ownership.
