TBT T61-3500 Industrial Data Acquisition


 


The TBT T61-3500 Industrial Data Acquisition for Deep Hole drilling machines Horizontal enables you to monitor order related machine times, analyze multiple machine work and visualize machine data of the plant floor.

The MES Connector module integrates resources like Vertical Gear Hobbers, Facing and Centring machines or Folding Machines Mechanical seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBS Enterprise or SAP R/3 and delivers consistent information (Breakdowns, Availability, Small Stop) in real time. With the MES connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (AUMAT, KIESERLING, METAMA...) and control-specific (Siemens SINUMERIK 802D base line, GÜTTINGER BANDT 8300, BOSCH 3...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Flashing frequency 0-5 Hz, Follow-up operation or Cursor DB 40) to uniform machine states like Energy Conservation , Specific Alarm, Blocked (Blocked Down).

  • Transform states like (Energy Conservation , Specific Alarm, Blocked (Blocked Down)) to indicators (Breakdowns, Availability, Small Stop).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (AUMAT, KIESERLING, METAMA) machine programming the OPC - MES - ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Hammers, Presses mechanical or Hammers that are customized for controls (Siemens SINUMERIK 802D base line, GÜTTINGER BANDT 8300, BOSCH 3...) you profit for Deep Hole drilling machines Horizontal from low total costs of ownership.
