The Manufacturing Execution System interface integrates resources like Profile Grinders, Bending Rolls Hand operated or H-frame Drawing Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like Oracle or PSI and delivers consistent information (Down Time Loss, Cycle Time, Reduced Speed) in real time. With the OPC - MES - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SATO, , HOESCH MFD HYDRAULIC...) and control-specific (TOSNUC TOSNUC 20 M, FANUC GN 6, MIKRON VCE750...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Softkey number change, Block search with calculation softkey or Special recall) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Faulted , Quality Alert .

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Faulted , Quality Alert ) to indicators (Down Time Loss, Cycle Time, Reduced Speed).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.
