IDRA OL 300 ST Machine - EDP connector


 


The IDRA OL 300 ST Machine - EDP connector for Die casting machines cold chamber enables you to improve the information flow, rise the flexibiliity and detect weak points of the plant floor.

The MES connector integrates resources like Open Gap Straightening Presses, Die-sinking spark erosion machines or Furnaces seamlessly with ERP/MES like Oracle or ProALPHA and delivers consistent information (Cycle Time, Process, Quality) in real time. With the MES Connector module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ATKIN, TUREK AND HELLER, HARO...) and control-specific (SM motion control sm340, Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX performance, MITSUBISHI Meldas W7C...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Skip block in several planes selection, Messages DB 58 or Deletet error coding) to uniform machine states like Over Cycle , End of Travel , Safety Net .

  • Transform states like (Over Cycle , End of Travel , Safety Net ) to indicators (Cycle Time, Process, Quality).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ATKIN, TUREK AND HELLER, HARO) machine programming the Process Data connector module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Hammers, Drilling machines or Borers that are customized for controls (SM motion control sm340, Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX performance, MITSUBISHI Meldas W7C...) you profit for Die casting machines cold chamber from low total costs of ownership.
