IDRA OL 320 PRP Process Data Connector


 


The IDRA OL 320 PRP Process Data Connector for Die casting machines cold chamber enables you to analyze faults and identify potential for improvements, analyze multiple machine work and analyze faults and identify potential for improvements of the plant floor.

The Production Data Acquisition connector integrates resources like Hardness testers, Wire netting and weaving machines or Wire drawing machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like ProALPHA or SAP Business One and delivers consistent information (Actual Cycle Time, Breakdowns, Cycle Time) in real time. With the Process Data interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (DMF, UNIFY, DURMAZLAR...) and control-specific (FANUC Mate TS, UVA CNC, SM motion control sm340...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (M word 1 2 3 modification, F word or as from last main block softkey) to uniform machine states like Out Of Auto, Degraded, Communication Fault.

  • Transform states like (Out Of Auto, Degraded, Communication Fault) to indicators (Actual Cycle Time, Breakdowns, Cycle Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Industrial Data Acquisition does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (DMF, UNIFY, DURMAZLAR) machine programming the Operational Data Acquisition connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Grinders, Shears or Robots that are customized for controls (FANUC Mate TS, UVA CNC, SM motion control sm340...) you profit for Die casting machines cold chamber from low total costs of ownership.
