IDRA OL Z 180 S MDA integration technology


 


The IDRA OL Z 180 S MDA integration technology for Die casting machines hot chamber enables you to analyze multiple machine work, identify potential savings and achieve a higher failure safety of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Collection technology integrates resources like Gear Tester Rolling Compos-, Double Rotary table grinders or Transfer Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like XMII SAP or IBS Enterprise and delivers consistent information (Startup Rejects, Operating time, Actual Cycle Time) in real time. With the Operational Data Logging interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (C-C-, MITSUBISHI INNOCENTI, MINGORI...) and control-specific (OKUMA OSP 2000, ANILAM Crusader III, Siemens Sinumerik 840 C...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Coordination error, Position control active or BRK, BREAK selected) to uniform machine states like In Cycle, Faulted , In Cycle.

  • Transform states like (In Cycle, Faulted , In Cycle) to indicators (Startup Rejects, Operating time, Actual Cycle Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Operational Data Logging interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (C-C-, MITSUBISHI INNOCENTI, MINGORI) machine programming the Production Data Acquisition connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Wire machines, Grinders or Bending machines that are customized for controls (OKUMA OSP 2000, ANILAM Crusader III, Siemens Sinumerik 840 C...) you profit for Die casting machines hot chamber from low total costs of ownership.
