IDRA OL Z 40 Process Data connector module


 


The IDRA OL Z 40 Process Data connector module for Die casting machines hot chamber enables you to optimize your processes, optimize your processes and create interfaces to superordinated systems of the plant floor.

The Machine - MES interface integrates resources like Transfer Presses, Laser systems for Welding or Portal gantry drilling machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBM or Oracle and delivers consistent information (Cycle Time, Production Rejects, ) in real time. With the Production Data Acquisition connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SCHARRINGHAUSEN, KAP, GEORG FISCHER...) and control-specific (MITSUBISHI 320M, Siemens SINUMERIK 802C base line, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 21i Model B...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (NC start, Negative edge or Block search with calculation without errors) to uniform machine states like Undefined , Safety Net , Undefined .

  • Transform states like (Undefined , Safety Net , Undefined ) to indicators (Cycle Time, Production Rejects, ).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data connector module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SCHARRINGHAUSEN, KAP, GEORG FISCHER) machine programming the Industrial Data Acquisition can be implemented rapidly.
