AGIE AT 1U Machine - MES interface


 


The AGIE AT 1U Machine - MES interface for Die-sinking spark erosion machines enables you to analyze productive times, view conditions of production ressources and optimize your processes of the plant floor.

The SCADA - OPC - ERP connector integrates resources like Fine Blanking Presses, Mechanical driving Swager machines or Extrusion Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like Brain or Oracle and delivers consistent information (Actual Run Rate, Speed Loss, Reduced Speed) in real time. With the Process Data Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SMO, SKF, NAGEL...) and control-specific (HEIDENHAIN 145, GILDEMEISTER EPM (SET), Ferrocontrol DARC 2-System...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Static key signals, Messages DB 58 or Spindle speed override active) to uniform machine states like Maintenance Assist, Systems Fault , End of Travel .

  • Transform states like (Maintenance Assist, Systems Fault , End of Travel ) to indicators (Actual Run Rate, Speed Loss, Reduced Speed).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ODA Interface module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SMO, SKF, NAGEL) machine programming the Machine Data Extractor can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shears, Grinders or Presses hydraulic that are customized for controls (HEIDENHAIN 145, GILDEMEISTER EPM (SET), Ferrocontrol DARC 2-System...) you profit for Die-sinking spark erosion machines from low total costs of ownership.
